Good morning and welcome back subscribers, i know i have been away but finding time these days to post is getting tricky. Bringing you a short but sweet little overview to Los Mochis.
Mexican and Japanese food meets and makes are rather delicious baby- my favourites from the menu vary, but my number one is always Spicy Tuna crispy rice- i am on the search for the best of the bunch and am yet to find a rival to Nobu, this one comes close. I would love to know where all the other good spicy tuna rice is?!!!
That aside, there are some delicious dishes on offer at Los Mochis (there are two locations Nottinghill and Liverpool St). Both have excellent service and delicious food, a little pricy but the quality is good.
My dishes included Ceviche, both types of guac (topped with crab and lobster); sashimi galore, black cod volcano rolls (amazing), lots of tacos, lots of tostadas (wagyu and dynamite prawn-and might i add the dynamite prawn was my favourite- they should load the prawns up and serve them as a standalone dish)…. lots of sushi, and some delicious churros and cake to finish.
Highly recommend, worth a try and this location would be great for client events with some of the smaller dining spaces available…
